📦 Everloom.ca Return & Refund Policy

At Everloom.ca, your satisfaction matters. We work with trusted global suppliers to bring you high-quality, curated products. Our return and refund policy is aligned with our fulfillment partners, including AliExpress, and is designed to ensure a smooth experience.


✅ Eligibility for Return & Refund

We offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Defective, Damaged, or Not-As-Described Items
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you may request a full refund or replacement.

➡️ Timeframe: You must request a return or refund within 14 days of the order being marked as delivered.

  1. Item Not Received
    If you haven’t received your item within 45 business days (or 60 days for some remote locations), you are entitled to a full refund. 

  2. Wrong Item Received
    If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct one or issue a full refund — no return required.


🚫 Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or returns in these cases:

  • You ordered the wrong item (e.g. size, color, or quantity)

  • You changed your mind after purchase (buyer’s remorse)

  • You did not contact us within the 15-day dispute window


🔁 How to Request a Return or Refund

Email support@everloom.ca within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

⚠️ In most cases, you do not need to return the item due to international shipping costs.


💳 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

As we work with international suppliers, orders may take 2–5 weeks to arrive. Tracking info will be provided as soon as your item ships.
