  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

  • A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your item has shipped.

    • Canada / US: 10–25 business days

    • International Orders: 15–35 business days

We operate under a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our international supplier partners, primarily located in Asia (including China).

This helps us keep costs low and offer a wider variety of trending products.

  • We offer Free Shipping on most products to Canada and USA.

  • In rare cases, shipping fees may apply to select countries or remote regions — this will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Where to track your order:

  • Most packages can be tracked via 17Track or your local postal carrier.


📦 Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery and availability, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment (if applicable).

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, Everloom.ca is not responsible for the item being delivered to the wrong location.

  • If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for reshipment options (shipping fees may apply).

  • Everloom.ca is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the customer.
